First Group - 2002 To 2004

The first group of students started with us in 2002 in Bangalore, south India, and finished in 2004. They did an English course in preparation for Cambridge University exams, a CISCO Networking Computing course, Graphic Design, and the Indian National Open School 10th grade exams. Most of the students returned to Tibet following their time at the school.

E.S.Tibet (Educational Support Tibet)
A rich garden of education for these young Tibetans,
whose desire to study is burning like fire,

A beautiful place to build up one's self-confidence and a place full
of opportunities to learn something useful for the future,

A sweet home to these poor refugees whose souls and
wounded hearts are filled with loneliness and fear.

If someone asks me which is the most wonderful school in my life, I definitely will say it is E.S.TIBET (KUNPHEN CULTURAL SCHOOL). Being a refugee, I hadn't had a comfortable place to heal

my injured heart and to calm down my restless soul. However, E.S.TIBET-This homely school is there to welcome me with warmth and kindness. I have lost the fear and forgotten the pain in my heart since I entered this cozy school, because the understanding staff members look after every student like a mother raises up her lovely children with a heart full of love and care.

In E.S.TIBET I have learnt a lot of valuable things that I can't learn by reading books or attending classes. I'm very grateful to this adorable school and its staff members as well as the Board Members. Without them, we-who are studying in E.S.TIBET with such a marvelous facilities would have left aimless and helpless, even though we had a strong desire to continue our studies. Therefore, once again I would like to say THANK YOU very much E.S.TIBET and staff members. You

are my world where I can rest and play peacefully and care freely. However, my feelings toward you are beyond my power to express in words.

E.S.TIBET, you have watered me to grow if I were a withered tree, And you have given me power to accomplish something meaningful.
