My Introduction

Everyone has different stories and different ways of sharing his or her own story. So I'm going to introduce my past story on this way.

My name is Dolkar Tso and I was born in a small tent in the grasslands which are surrounded by mountains in Golock, Tibet, in 1988. In my village most of the people are poor and without a school education. People in my village are always working with yaks and sheep, but they feel happy and are interested in the animals. I have a big family, I have eight brothers and sisters, but none of them got the chance to go to school except me because my family lives so far from the village and the school. It's especially difficult to pay the school fees. Fortunately I got the opportunity to receive an education at the school in my village

Hopefully I will become a teacher in my village. In my village there are so many children like my brother and sister who didn't receive any sort of education from school. In our live teachers are like second parents who can education from school. In our live teachers are like second parents who can show us the wonderful way for our future life. I think that I will be able to help those who didn't get chance to go to school. I believe that if they got the chance to go to school and learn school educational, they could be a great man or leader of Tibetan or another country it's possible.

I studied Tibetan and Chinese language in Tibet for almost ten years. When I studied in class ten, my two elder sisters had gotten marriage and my family's problems became harder and harder. They couldn't pay my school fees. So I used school vacation to work outside with my younger brother to earn some money for my school fees. But the school fees went higher and higher year by year. For me it was very difficult to earn money for my school fees, so I earned some money and tried to come to India with one of my friends.

In December 2005, I arrived to Dharamsala. On the way I didn't have any problem, because I had gotten a Chinese passport from one of my uncles. Then I got the opportunity to join the wonderful garden of Education at T .T .s. I studied Tibetan and English for three years in T.T.S and I have gotten lots of experiences. There were chance to learn about health, Tibetan government and Buddhism etc. These things are important for us as a Tibetan.

In May 2008 I got the great chance to enter the Tibetan's Olympics and I got third position. Sometime I feel happy with it, because I was a mission of the Tibetan young women and did it for Tibetan. But sometimes I feel so sad too. I believe there were so many Tibetan young women who are

interested in these sports and also they have better chance than me. I can believe Tibetan women can do every thing like women in other counties, but why Tibetan young women didn't participate in the games. We are at the same level of human beings. If we are Tibetan, we have same responsibility to do what we can for Tibet.

In May 2009 I joined the lovely E. S. Trust School to improve my English and computer skills. In this modern century, Education is like the key of the world. Without the key we can not unlock and can't know news of the world too. More over English is used in the world web site and famous books. If we know English we can get more knowledge from them. It is essential as a human being not only to have a good knowledge, but she or he should be kind hearted too. No one can steal your kind heart and knowledge from you. If we live in a human society we should live according to society. Knowledge is our true permanent friend which can give us happiness in life and justice for all.

Thanking you
