Impressions of ES Tibet
I came here because I wanted to experience a different culture and I certainly got that with the mix of both Indian and Tibetan cultures. The thing that stands out the most at the school is the feeling of solidarity; the students have endured a lot to reach this school and even though they live, study, eat and relax together, they are generally in a good mood and are very supportive of each other.
It is a pleasure to teach here and to know that I am contributing to their futures. We all know they can benefit a lot from the help they get here before they go back to their homeland, and the responsibility we have of providing them with better opportunities makes me feel really glad to be able to help.
